One Day Workshop on PISA for TGT Maths and Science

One day workshop on PISA for TGT Maths & Science of Chandigarh Station was conducted at ZIET Chd. Sh Ranveer Singh Dy Commissioner and Director suggested different teaching methodology to improve teaching in classroom. He emphasis on 2+2 theory, Inquiry Method, Preview Method, Desired Method.

  Director sir Motivated  the teachers to achieve goal in PISA test which is going to be held in 2021.  Participants of KV which are located in Chandigarh  take part in this workshop. they will prepare sample questions during this workshop.

HAPPY LIBRARIAN'S DAY

Siyali Ramamrita Ranganathan (S.R.R.) was a mathematician and librarian from India.His most notable contributions to the field were his five laws of library science and the development of the first major faceted classification system, the colon classification. He is considered to be the father of library science, documentation, and information science in India and is widely known throughout the rest of the world for his fundamental thinking in the field. His birthday is observed every year as the National Librarian's Day in India.

He was a university librarian and professor of library science at Banaras Hindu University (1945–47) and professor of library science at the University of Delhi (1947–55). The last appointment made him director of the first Indian school of librarianship to offer higher degrees. He was president of the Indian Library Association from 1944 to 1953. In 1957 he was elected an honorary member of the International Federation for Information and Documentation (FID) and was made a vice-president for life of the Library Association of Great Britain

जीट चंडीगढ़ परिसर मे पौधा रोपण

 

श्रीमती पिया ठाकुर उपायुक्त एवं निदेशक जीट  चंडीगढ़ के कर कमलों द्वारा आज जीट परिसर में पौधा रोपण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया । इस अवसर पर उन्होने सभी को ज्यादा से ज्यादा पेड़ लगाने और पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ रखने की सलाह दी। इस अवसर पर जीट के  सभी शिक्षक एवं कर्मचारी मौजूद रहें । 

राजभाषा हिन्दी में उत्तम कार्य करने के लिए उपायुक्त सम्मेलन नई दिल्ली में जीट चंडीगढ़ पुरस्कृत

जीट निदेशक श्रीमती पिया ठाकुर श्रीमती गुसाई को पुरस्कार देते हुये 

नई दिल्ली में आयोजित होने वाले उपायुक्त सम्मेलन में जीट चंडीगढ़ को राजभाषा हिन्दी में  उत्तम कार्य करने के लिए पुरस्कृत किया गया। जीट की निदेशक व उपायुक्त श्रीमती पिया ठाकुर ने इस पुरस्कार को ग्रहण किया और जीट चंडीगढ़ मे बैठक कर संस्थान की सहायक प्रशिक्षिका ( हिन्दी) श्रीमती सुनीता गुसाईं को सम्मानित किया और  श्रीमती  गुसाईं द्वारा हिन्दी को बढ़ावा देने के लिए किए गए कार्यों को सरहाया गया । श्रीमती  गुसाईं ने संस्थान के सभी कर्मचारियों को इस कार्य में सहयोग देने के लिए धन्यवाद दिया और संस्थान की निदेशक महोदया का आभार व्यक्त किया गया ।

पुस्तक चयन

जीट चंडीगढ़ की पुस्तकालय समिति के सदस्य आज दिनांक 20.06.2019 को पुस्तक चयन के निकले और पुस्तकालय को समर्द्ध बनाने के लिए अच्छी अच्छी पुस्तकों का चयन किया।

पी जी टी वाणिज्य हेतू सेवा कालीन प्रशिक्षण का प्रथम चरण आज से शुरू

पी जी टी वाणिज्य हेतू सेवा कालीन प्रशिक्षण का प्रथम चरण दिनांक 06 जून 2109 को आंचलिक शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान चंडीगढ़ मे शुरू हुआ। संस्थान की निदेशक व उपायुक्त श्रीमती पिया ठाकुर ने अपने उदघाटन भाषण मे कहा कि अच्छे प्रदर्शन के लिए प्रशिक्षण बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है और शिक्षकों को चाहिए कि वे अपने विषय की  विषयवस्तु को सामान्य जीवन से जोड़ कर बच्चों को सिखाने की कोशिश करें उन्होने कहा कि हर विषय मे Interlink  approach बनाने से बच्चों मे विषय की समझ बढ़ेगी ।

सह कोर्स निदेशक श्री इस्लाम खान ने बताया कि के वि स. मे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम को 40 वर्ष पूरे हो गए है । और इस पूरे सेवा कालीन प्रशिक्षण मे सभी प्रतिभागियों की आवश्यकतानुसार ही कार्यक्रम तय किए गए है । संसाधक श्री हरीश भारद्वाज ने सभी प्रतिभागियों की आवश्यकताओं व जरूरी टॉपिक को संकलित किया ताकि कार्यक्रम में उनको शामिल किया जा सके। कार्यक्रम की समन्वयक व संसाधक श्रीमती रेनूका चावला ने बताया कि इस कोर्स मे 8 संभागों के 39 प्रतिभागी भाग ले रहें है। प्रतिभाग करने वाले संभाग चंडीगढ़, देहरादून, दिल्ली,जम्मू, गुरुग्राम, आगरा, भोपाल व जयपुर है ।  इस अवसर पर संस्थान के सह प्रशिक्षक सुश्री एम राजेश्वरी,  श्री संजय चौहान, श्री एस पी सिंह, श्री सुनील सैनी सहित सभी प्रतिभागी उपस्थित थे।
